Presidential Meadows Architectural Control Committee

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is the committee that has been established to review, approve, or reject all plans for changes to the exterior appearance of all buildings within Presidential Meadows. The committee strives to assure that no homeowner changes the exterior of their home (property) in such a way that would be incompatible with the development of the neighborhood.

According to multiple paragraphs within our Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (DCCR), no change may be made to the external part of any home (property) within our community without prior written approval from the ACC (See DCCR paragraphs 1.12, 4.01, 4.07, and 7.07). Therefore, prior to beginning any modification to the outside of your home (property), please click on the ACC application link, download the application for approval form, complete it, and submit it as directed. Failure to have approval before work begins is a violation of our DCCR.

The ACC recognizes that most homeowners want to individualize their homes (property) in some way, but at the same time, the ACC will protect the integrity of the neighborhood from bizarre schemes. Plan to improve your home (property), but before you begin the work, get approval first.

To make exterior changes to your home (property) follow these steps:

  • Review the DCCR’s
  • Complete the Architectural Control Committee Application which can be downloaded here
  • AC Application
  • Submit application with additional documentation as needed to the address on the application
  • Please understand that the ACC will consider your request as soon as reasonably possible, and that there is no automatic approval.
