The PRM Amenity Center is available to Presidential Meadows residents who are current on their dues for their social and recreational get together.
Notification of a reservation must be provided to Goodwin Management three (3) weeks prior to the requested event.
The Amenity Center is available to reserve Monday through Friday 6:00 p.m – 9:00 p.m., or Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m., or Sunday 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The Rental Rate for the Amenity Center is $60.00 for up to four (4) hours and $15.00 for each additional hour. A $75 deposit along with your full rental fee is required upon booking.
Checks must be made payable to Presidential Meadows
Before and at the end of your event, a committee member will perform an inspection of the facility with you. If the facility is found in satisfactory condition at the end of the inspection, your full deposit will be returned.

If you would like to reserve the Amenity Center follow these steps:
- View the calendar below to see if the date you would like to reserve is available
- Once you have selected a day for your event, email amenitycenter@presidentialmeadows.org to confirm the details of your event. Please attach the Rental Agreement Form and Room Reservation Form in PDF format.
- Once your request has been received, you will be contacted to confirm availability of the center.
