The homeowners association is the cornerstone of a planned residential community which promotes the concept of community and protects the neighborhood values.
The board of directors manage the business affairs of the association in accordance with standards established by the state and federal law, local ordinances, and the governing documents created when the community was first developed.
Monthly board meetings are held to handle the association’s business affairs. All members of the board serve without compensation.
All home owners have the right to attend the board meetings. The board has set aside the first 15 minutes of each meeting for homeowners to share with the board. To speak, the homeowner must contact Goodwin Management – Brian Moore, Community Manager, email@example.com
