Architectural Control Committee
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is the committee that has been established to review, approve, or reject all plans for changes to the exterior appearance of all buildings within Presidential Meadows. The committee strives to assure that no homeowner changes the exterior of their home (property) in such a way that would be incompatible with the development of the neighborhood. Social Committee
The Social Committee has been established to foster a cohesive community by organizing fun and interesting events for the entire community so neighbors can meet and socialize. Unfortunately, life is busy and many of us have not taken the time to get to know our neighbors. The Social committe is responsible for planning our community events to help bring us together. If you are a social butterfly or have ideas to help improve our community, please consider joining the Social Committee by contacting us at social@presidentialmeadows.org with your thoughts or interest.
Pool Committee
Do you and the family spend alot of time at the pool during the summer? Are you interested in helping us make sure the pool is a safe environment for you and your family? If so, we need your help on the Pool Committee. We would like individuals to join the Pool Committee who frequent the pool, and can help us watch for issues and suggest improvements sitio útil.
